Let's get real it's Domino's. I get it. Pizza is not bad for being retail fast food. However I'd shit in my hat and eat it if one their Russian drivers actually delivered the food to my door. 10 out of 10 times I have to meet him in the street. Cmon dude its delivery not lets meet in the middle. It's why I pay the delivery charge.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Pizza tracker is inaccurate... Waited almost twice as long for the pizza than time estimated. I also received a call from the manager who proceeded to YELL at me that I was a liar after I said I was given an estimated time of 40 minutes. You read that right.... He called me, yelled that I was a liar then he hung up... Very bazar and unprofessional. Needless to say... I didn't eat my pizza because I'm sure they messed with it. I asked the delivery guy if he spit in the pizza and she shrugged his shoulders and said maybe..... One star, only because zero isn't an option. Save yourself the time and stress.... Buy Digiorno

Little disappointed with this location. The tables in the dining area all needed to be leaned off and there was no reason why they couldn't have kept up with them because it wasn't really busy at 6:30. In addition, they were out of mushrooms...really?!?! There is a publics next door...bad form, who's managing?!? When I was a kid working in a pizza joint my manager would send me to the store to get items before we ever ran out! The counter girls were nice and accommodating and the kitchen looked clean and well kept. Our pizza was ok, the ingredients were poorly distributed, robbing us of the flavors we would have like to taste in every bite.

They are open very late and they can fix you a Pizza very quickly. Sometimes this is what you need after a night out on the town.

Sometimes Im soo happy but they would forget a soda i order....or some times its so perfect but then the food was delivered cold...im too tired to call an start drama..its just tiring really so i eat it cold...whatever. It sure be nice if it just works out...I still dont know why i tip amazingly..i could feel bad but...idk. thus i give 3 stars cuz where am i goin to get food late at night when im hungry...i kinda am better with cold pizza then starve..ya dig. i guess i tip good cus every one hates there jobs and have to work so money gives that spark!

The new Domino's pizza IS better! The customer service here isn't all that great though. If you order online, there is this status bar that updates from the restaurant until it leaves to you! I was really impressed by that, now if they treated you better. For pick up, they had trouble locating my pizzas, the place is only 500 square feet, and they lost them! Delivery came to my door, and didn't have change for a $10 bill! Who does this? I ended up tipping $5, plus the $2 service charge, still waiting on my change lol. The pizza is better, so I continue to order from there. A great local pizzeria is Big John's, and they have a more gourmet New York style.

Ordered a large deep dish pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, and some diet coke. Total bill delivered = $28. I have to say the new pizza is much better than before. The service from this store was really fast as it only took 35 minutes to get our food delivered to the hotel.

For one their Pizza is almost ALWAYS wrong (i can remember the 1! time Everything was right). Their 'pizza tracker' is a load. Completely inaccurate. NO way 'Pablo left the store' with MY pizza 30 minutes ago when Dominoes is less than a Mile from my house!?! Also one day I accidentally forgot to change my crust to thin crust, I called literally 4 minutes after I placed the order. The guy says, "Ooh well, its already in tho oven so there's nothing I can do." Mean while their 'Pizza Tracker' says its still in Prep! Not 'Your pizza is in the oven,' which is the bar After the quality check (L.O.L.! Yeaa Ok, like, wait. You want me to believe you really actually do that? Right.). I nicely expressed that I did not want the pizza because I do not like that crust and ultimately ended up hanging up the phone and having to pay for a pizza I did not want. Thankfully, the guy called me back and have me the option to cancel the order. Which I did. And went to bed hungry because they did not give me the option to re-order. Four minutes? Really? I pay over 20.00 for a thin crust Hawaiian +a 5.00 tip +An RIDICULES delivery charge (I say its ridiculous because the place is so close!) and of course tax. Ends up being almost 30.00 just for a little thin crust pizza And you can't offer to make me a new one because i called a measly Four minutes after I placed the order and that was too late? Crappy False advertising, low grade, Pizza tracker! And immature store managers cant help the situation. So that was a bit ago. Yesterday everyone wanted Pizza so I order Dominoes (because I'm the picky one and do not like the thin crust anywhere else or I certainly WOULD order somewhere else!). I order Correctly this time Lol. I take off the bacon and peppers too btw, that's probably the most expensive items on the pizza. I ADD extra cheese And Provolone. Which they charge for. What do I end up with? An over cooked DRY as all heck almost cheese-less, hard as a brick mess :( Cost me 22.00+tip 50.00 for 3 people. NEVER AGAIN Dominoes!! Say goodbye to the profit from this household and/or any place I'm hanging outs profit Dominoes (And the manager wonders why hes struggling? (I heard he's looking to sell because of a drop in profit. Its a small island but its bit hard to see Why in this case). Also had an incident a while back with the Same store (only one in KW, unfortunately) where I got the wrong crust, but ordered it correctly and showed the driver (who didn't speak a lick of English or even seem to care) the proof on my iPhone! And would you believe they had the nerve to re-charge me the delivery charge!! And yet another time, (Wow sorry, I didn't realize I had all this pent up frustration towards Dominoes lol guess its about time I let it out!) I got assaulted by my very own pizza! No joke, It was WAY over cooked and I was so hungry and fed up with the bad service that I just tried to deal and eat it. First bite in, the thin crust Snaps! and proceeds to slit my lip realll good. It literally bled for about an hour. Sucked, I didn't know lips could bleed like that. Or that Over cooked thin crust could be so dang Sharp!! Glad it wasn't a little kid eating that pizza! Who's Dominoes would shape up ! I can deal with the cost if you get my Pizza RIGHT every time! Not just once in a while. When I PAY for extra toppings I expect to receive them! I don't know how or who is in charge of topping distribution but they need a serious readjustment.
